1. - How can I become a patient at XanoGene?
The first step would be to fill out an online medical history form so we may evaluate your case and determine if you are a candidate and also to indicate which of our programs is the most suitable for your case. After the form is completed our staff will contact you.
2. - How much notice time do I need to book an appointment?
We recommend that you book a reservation at least two to three weeks before your desired day.
3. - What do I need in order to book a appointment?

4. - Do you accept patients any day of the week?
Our staff accept patients monday througth fridays and saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
5. - When do I need to pay in full for my program?
Complete payment is required upon admission to XanoGene specific treatment or evaluation.
6. - What payments methods do you accept?
We take credit card (Visa, Master Card and Discover), bank’s cashier’s check and wire transfers only. We also have excelent package deals with financial institutions and our XanoGene's VIP crads, our best value.
7. - Where is XanoGene located?
XanoGene is conveniently located in Las Cumbres Ave # 300 Las Vistas Shopping Mall suite # 43 by Los Paseos Shopping Mall.Our phone numbers are 787-533-0021 & 787-533-0048
8. - Do you provide transportation?
On special cases XanGene would be providing special transportation services with an additional cost.
9. - May I bring a friend or a family member with me?
Yes. Patients are allowed to have one companion and share with our staff
10. - Do I need a passport to go to Puerto Rico?
Puerto Rico is US territory and no passportis required for US citizens. Other nationalities are strongly advised to contact the US Customs.
11. - Does XanoGene take insurance?
Even though XanoGene does not directly deal with insurance companies, (Most U.S. insurance companies do not allow billing/processing for medical services outside of the United States.) here is an option you might wish to consider if you want your insurance company to reimburse you for the treatments received at XanoGene, our administrative staff will give you a detailed billing of your treatments for your reimbursement.
12. - Do you accept children as patients?
The minimum age required to be a patient at XanoGene is 21 although we might be able to make exceptions on a case by case basis.
